Sweet Potato Chili
Additional Ingredients Needed:
5 cups of water
6oz tomato paste
15oz black bean
1lb cooked ground beef
Cooking Instructions:
Cook ground beef and set aside. In a medium pot add the soup mix and tomato paste to 5 c. water and bring it to a boil. Add black beans. Turn it down to medium heat and simmer for 30 mins. Add cooked ground beef and cook for another 3-4 mins to ensure everything is warmed.
Enjoy! (Makes 7 one cup servings)
Coconut Curry Chicken

Additional Ingredients Needed:
1qt chicken stock
1can coconut milk
1c water
1lb chicken breast
small pinch of fresh basil (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
If cooking your own chicken, cook to proper temperature, cube or shred, then set aside. In a medium pot add the soup mix, chicken stock, water and bring it to a boil. Add 1 lb of cooked (cubed or shredded) chicken and coconut milk. Turn it down to medium heat and simmer for 20 - 25 mins. Garnish with small pinch of fresh basil.

Stuffed Pepper & Lentil
Additional Ingredients Needed:
4-6 cups water
(use 4cups if you like your soup thicker, use 6 cups if you like it more soupy)
3 Tbsp tomato paste
28 oz diced tomato (canned or fresh)
1lb cooked ground beef
1 cup rice (We use our Herbal Brown & Wild Rice)

Cooking Instructions:
Cook ground beef and set them aside. Cook rice in a rice cooker or small pot, then set aside. In a medium pot add the soup mix to water, add tomato paste, diced tomato and bring it to a boil. Turn it down to medium heat and simmer for 30 mins. Add cooked ground beef and cooked rice. Cook for another 3-4 mins to ensure everything is warmed.

Herbal Brown and Wild Rice
Ingredients: Brown Rice Rice, Wild Rice, Red Rice, Kale*, Parsley*

Cooking Instructions:
Boil 1 cup rice in 2 cup water (or stock), add 1/4 tsp salt (optional). Reduce heat to low, stir, cover for 25-30 minutes. When all water is absorbed, remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes.
ENJOY! (Makes 2 servings) Double recipe as needed.
Healing Cabbage & Quinoa
Additional Ingredients Needed:
1-quart vegetable or chicken broth
2 cups of water
2 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
juice from half a lemon
(optional) 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey
Cooking Instructions:
In a medium pot add the soup mix, vegetable broth and 2 c. water. Bring it to a boil first, then turn it down to medium heat and simmer for 25 - 30 mins. Add 2 Tbsp olive oil and lemon juice. Adjust salt and pepper if needed.

Spring Veggie
Additional Ingredients Needed:
6 cups vegetable or chicken broth
15 oz tomato sauce
2 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1 lb cooked ground beef (optional)

Cooking Instructions:
In a medium pot add the soup mix, tomato sauce and vegetable broth. Bring it to a boil first, then turn it down to medium heat and simmer for 30 mins. Add 2 Tbsp olive oil. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Mix in cooked ground beef if you want to turn it into a beef an vegetable soup!
